Meet Mitch.
Mitchell Basham is the man behind MRB Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. Mitch has been working across all aspects of the commercial refrigeration and HVAC industry for over 15 years, including experience with HVAC in large educational and government institutions.
Having grown up in a regional town, Mitch realised how difficult it could be to get tradies in to complete a job. He recognised the need for an experienced technician in his local community, and in 2012, MRBRefrigeration and Air Conditioning was born.
While initially still working his day job, Mitch began his business to service the needs of the communities in the southern Riverina. This includes Collingullie, Wagga Wagga, Uranquinty, The Rock, Mangoplah, Yerong Creek, Henty, Cookardinia, Culcairn, Lockhart, Pleasant Hills, Urana, and Walbundrie–or somewhere in between. Whether it’s on a property or in town, no job is too small or out of the way. The MRB team is used to clocking bigK’s on the odometereach week
Mitch brings with him a wealth of expertise, experience and decision-making in leading his team. From diagnostics, maintenance and repairs, to planning and installation, Mitch and the MRB team have a diversity of industry-based experience second to none. Having satisfied clients and a job well done drives their work ethic.
MRB is definitely a family business with its heart in the country. Mitch, his wife and their growing family reside in The Rock, with Basham Baby #4 expected in 2021. As a small business owner, Mitch says that the support from country people is ‘always incredible’.
The MRB team are active in the local community – you may even see his logo on the odd stubby holder, and at The Rock Bowling Club.
